B-29超级堡垒轰炸机（B-29 Super fortress），亦称B-29超级空中堡垒，是美国波音公司设计生产的四引擎重型螺旋桨战略轰炸机。主要在美军内服役的B-29，是美国陆军航空军于第二次世界大战以及韩战等亚洲战场的主力战略轰炸机，其命名延续先前有名的B-17飞行堡垒式战略轰炸机。
B-29不单是二次大战时各国空军中最大型的飞机，同时亦是当时集各种新科技的最先进的武器之一。B-29的崭新设计包括有：加压机舱，中央火控、遥控机枪等等。原先B-29的设计构想是作为日间高空精确轰炸机，但在战场使用时B-29却多数在夜间出动，在低空进行燃烧轰炸。B-29是二次大战末期美军对日本城市进行焦土空袭的主力。向日本广岛及长崎投掷原子弹的任务亦是由B-29完成。B-29在日本因此有“地狱火鸟”之称。二次大战结束以后，B-29仍然服役了一段颇长的时间，最后在1960年代方才完全退役。B-29的总生产量为3,900架左右。
